PLANS, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION 2. - All of the above described work and improvement is soeciftcslly shown by plans and cross-sectio~ ou file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Senta Ape, end edopted by the Boerd of Trustees of seid City on the llth d~y of February, 1924, by Re~lution No. 1188 ss the plans and cross-sections to be followed in m~king the imorovem~nt herein referred to, ~nd ~s is set forth iu ,the soecifications of s~id work, known as soeclftcat~ons for Assessment District ho. 69, on file in the off~e of the Ci~ Clerk of the City of S~nte Ane, ~nd edopted by the Boerd of Trustees of said City ou the llth day of Februmry, 1924, ss the specifications for the above described work by Resolutio~ No. 1188. Reference is hereby made to s~id plens, cross-sec- tious and specifications for description of s~id improvement end the same are incorporated herein and made e o~rt ~ereof, and reference is hereby made thereto for e more perticulsr description of s~id work. GPJ~DE SECTION ~. - Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part of ~est Second Street, et ~ grade other then the existin~ official grede thereof, and on such p~rt of the Street the work is to be done at end in conformity with the grade of West Second Street es modi- fied end changed, ou all other p~rts of the roedwsy the work is to be done at the existing official ~rade. Resolved, that the existing grade on ~est Second Street w~ll be modified between the East line of B~ker Stree and the Eest line of Artesia Street; that between seid two lines work to be done to ~ grade other then the existing grede, which new or proposed grade is indiceted and shown by olans and cross-sections. Reference is hereby made to said plans end cross-sections for ~rticulars with reference to the seid proposed grede. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION 4. - The s~id Boerd of Trustees hereby de- clare ~nd determine, end notice is hereby ~iven, that seriel bonds to represent unneid ~ssessments, end to beer interest et the rste of six (6%) per cent per annum, will be issued
