WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented havlr been disposed of, overruled, and denied in time, manner and f~m es required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha having now acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees hereby order the following work tO be made in the City of Santa Aua. graded, of the City of Santa Aha done and improvement That the afore-described portion of Lacy Street be p~ved with a Portland cement concrete pavement. All of the above described work and improvement is pursuance of an Act forula, designated thereto. speciflc~lly shown by ~lans, cross sections and profiles on file in the ~Fice of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana and adopted by the board of Trustees of said city on the 14th d~y of J~nuary, 1924, by hesolution No. 1169, as the plans, crossections and profiles to be followed in making th~ improvement herein referred to, and as is set forth in the specifications for s~id work, known as "Specificat{ons for Assessment District, No. 68,', on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, and sdo~ed by the Board of Trustees of said city on the 14th day of January, 1924, asl the specificatlous for the aforedescribed work, by Resolution No. 1169. The expeose of said work or improvement is by said Resolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district,which said district is described in and by the s~id kesolution, a~d is shown by a plat or map thereof, on file in the office of the City ~ngineer. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in of tbs Legislature of the State of Cali- "Nmprovement Act ~f 1911", and ~mendments For further particulars reference is hereby made t( said ~esolution of Intention ~o. 1180, which is dated the 28th day of January, 1924, ~nd on file with the Clerk of the City of S~nta Aua. Tt~ Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby direc- ted to post the notice of said work, together with the plans and specifications therefor, conspicuously for five d~ys on or near the Council Chamber door of the B'o~rd of Trustees, . inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered; he is also directed to publish twice a notice inviting said proposals and referring to the specifications posted or on file, in the Santa Aha Daily Evening P~gister, a ~aily news- paper published and circulated in the City of Santa Aua, and hereby designated for that purpose.
