The work and cribed ss follows: and ~long the roadway of Fifteenth Street in line of ~orth Broad~ay to the West improvement is more particulsrly des- That the sforedescribed portion of Fifteenth ~treet be graded, paved with a Portlsnd cement concrete p,vement, and have constructed along the same cement curb where no such curb now exists, of the m~terials the plans ~nd cros~-sectious after referred to. ~nd at the places where shown on snd in the~specifications herein- Excepting, however, from the ~foredescribed work snd the ~foredescrlbed Dortion of street upon which is to be done, s1] work ~lready done to grade, including in said ex- ception the intersection of Spurgeon Street, Bush Street and North Main Street, which intersection with Fifteenth Street are already pa~ed and constructed to grade.
