February, 1924, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. The said plans, cross-sections and specifications are hereby referred to for ~ full and detailed description of the said proposed work and improvement. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION III. - The said Board of Trustees hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby ~iven that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6~) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds sha'll mature in nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date.
