RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1208. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUBTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CA~IFORNIA, DECLARING T~tEIR INTENTION TO oRDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF EDINGER STREET IN SAID CI~; DECI~,RING THE SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MOHE T}~N LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECI~t ING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITTED BY ~.ID ~ORK AND ZMPROVE- MENT, AND TO BE ASSESSED TOPAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THERE- OF; DETE~IINING Tt~T BONDS SPLALI. BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TI$~ AND PLACE FOR HEARINC OBJECTIONS TO SAID WOHI~ OR IMPROV~.fENT OR TO T}!E EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASLESSED OR BOTH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, to the provisions of the ;mprovement Act of 1911, ~nd the ~mendments to pursuant and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, said Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest ~nd conventez require, and it is the intention of the Board'of Trustees of the City of Santa zna, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said city, to-wit: In, ou and ~long the roadway of Edinger S~reet in said city from the East line of South M~in Street to the West line of the Pacific Electric COmpany's right of way at the point where said right of way crosses Edinger Street. The work and improvement is more particularly des- cribed as follows: That the ~foredescrtbed portion of P~dinger Street be graded, paved with e Portland cement concrete pavement, and have constructed ~long the same cemen~ curb where no such curb now exists, and the construction of s~ni%ary house con- nectiou sewer l~terals of the materi~ls and at the places where shown on the plans ~nd cross-sections and in the speci- fications hereafter referred to. PLJ~NS, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. A~l of the foregoing work is ~ully set forth, delineated and described on plans ~nd cross-sections ~n file in the office of the City Engineer ~nd specification~ for Assessment District Do. VS, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution ~o. 120S on the 10th day of March l~2A, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana as .the plans, cross-sections end sp~cifications for said work and improvement. The sai~ plans, cross-sections and specifi' cat~0ns are hereby referred to for a full and detailed
