The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine, and notice is hereby ~iven that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6~) per cent per annum will be issued hereun- der in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last inst~llment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd d~y of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date.
