188 RESOLUTION OVERRUIIN8 PROTESTS OR OB-I~.CTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING TttE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTAOlt WARRANT AND RECORD No. 1432. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Arm did, om the lSth day of September, 1924, pass Resolution of In- tentlon No. 1335 for the improvement of Valencia Street; and whereas, on the 20th day of January, 1925, the Superintendent of of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the sa~d improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 19th day of January, 1925. AND WREREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice required by law in whic~ notice February 9th, 192§, at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the t ime,.and the Council Chamber of the City ~all of said City as the place where any and ~11 persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, at the time set for said hearing on the 9th day of February, 1925, there was not a quorum present and no meeting was held or ~ny action taken excepting to continue the hearing in said meeting until tbs hour of V:30 o'clock P.M. of February, 18th, 1925; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as re- quired by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby: RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that a~l of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings, be, and the same are, hereby overruled and denied and the assess- ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, md he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of the said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting of said Board h~ld on the 16th day of February, 1925, by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees C.H.
