Vegel~ <br />fflerk of the Uity of Santa Aha <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR 0BJS~CTIONS TO <br />ASSESSNENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE <br />STREET SUPMRINTENDENT TO ATTACH WAREANT AND RECORD <br /> <br />No. 1441 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Aha did, on the lSth day of September, 1924, pass Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1539 for tbs improvement of Wellington Avenue <br />,md Lacy Street; and whereas, o~ the Zrd day of Feb., 1925, <br />the Superintendent of Streets of said Cit~ filed an assessment <br />to cover the sum due for t~e work performed and specified in <br />the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, <br />which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees <br />of said City on the 19th day of January, 1925; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ans has <br />given notice required by law in which notice March 2nd, 192~, <br />at the hour of ~:30 o~clock P.M. was fixed as the time, a~d the <br />Council Chamber of the City Hall of sa~d City as the place <br />where any and ail persons interested in the said work might be <br />heard; and whereas, no person ,~rieved has filed with the <br />Bo, rd of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as <br />required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing pro- <br />tests or objectless to said assessment or the work done haviu <br />been heard, it is hereby: <br /> <br /> RES0~VED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha that ~11 of the said protests or objections against <br />said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and <br />the same are hereby, overruled ~nd denied and the ~ssessment be <br />affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is here, <br />by directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form <br />and manner required by law, .nd shall record the same in the of. <br />fica of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> <br />
