RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSN~iNT. No. 1667. WI{EREAS, the Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Aha did, on the 1st d~y of June, 1926, pass and adopt an ordinance ordering a certain improvement in the said City, as set forth in the Ordinance of Intention of the City of Santa Ana, known as Ordinance No. 787, said improvement is more particularly described as the opening of a new street in said City to be known as Victoria Drive; and whereas, on the 21st day of June, 1926, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sums necessary to pay for the acquisition of the land necessary in said street, costs thereof, and damages adjudged, which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 21st day Of June, 1926. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given no- tice as required by law, in which notice July 26th, 1926, at the hour ~ V:30 otclock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons aggrieved has filed with the Bo~d of T~ustees a written objection to said assess- ment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing pro- tests or objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hea~ the same; there being no written protests, oral protests were called for and there being none it is hereby; RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, that there no protests or objections to the assessment as evidenced by the Assessment Diagram for the opening of Victoria Drive and that the said Assessment be confirmed, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to deliver to the Street Superintendent the assessment as confirmed with his certificate of confirmation, whereupon the Street Superintendent shall record the assessment with a certificate of such recording.
