L iiI RE80LUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDER- ING THai STREET SUPERENTE~DENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. No. 1888. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, did, on the 4th day of January, 1926, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1611 for the improvement of South ?arton Street, West Walnut Street, West Pine Street, West Chestnut Street~' East and West Camile Street, East and West Bishop Street, Richland Street, Highlan~ Street, and East and West Cubbon Street; and whereas, on the loth day of July, 1926, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work perfoEned and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was ap- proved by the Board of Trustees of said City of the 24th day of May,192~ AND V~EREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has g~ven no- tide required by law~ in which notice, July E6th, 1926, at the hour of ~:$0 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place, where any and all persons intereste in said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as quired by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or ob- Jections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby:- RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby over- ruled and denied, and the assessment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assess- ment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 26th day of July, 19E6, by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Geo McFhee, E.B.
