Tl~e Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, pursuant to the nrovisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 and the Improvement Bomd Act of 1915, ~nd amendments to s,~d Acts, do resolve ms follows: S~CTION 1. That the public interest and convenience re- quire ~nd it is the ~ntention of the Board o~ Trustees of to order the construction improvement in said city, the City of San t~ Ana, California, of the following described work and to-wit: Th, t Victori, Drive in s~id City, from tbs South line of West Nineteenth Street to the South line of West S~t. Clara Avenue, exceoting therefrom tbmt portion of the Juncture of West N~ueteenth Street ~nd V~etorla Drive ~lready ri.red to grade a~d not shown on the ~lans as part of this oroceeding be graded, ~.ved with ~ Portland cement concrete oavement, tbs s~me cement curbs and side- or sldew~lks now exist end where ~s shown on the ~]ans. That a and have constructed along walks, where no such curbs replacements are to be made sanitary sewer be constructed in s~id portion of V~ctor!a Drive together with all of the necessary anpurten~nces thereto, inc]udlng main sewer lines, house connecting lateral manholes and flush t.nks.
