DESCRIPTION 0F BONDS. SMCTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and deteruine, and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, ~nd to bear Interest ~t the rate of six (8%) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Imoroveme~t Bond Act of 1916", the last install- ment of which bonds shall m~ture ni~e (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten GO) months from their d~te.
