<br />The Board of Trustees of tbs C'ty of Santa Aha, pursuant to

<br />the provisions of the Improvement Act
<br />ment Bond Act of 1915, and amendments
<br />ss follows:

<br /> SECTION 1.
<br />

<br />to said Acts. do resolve
<br />
<br /> That the public interest and convenience re-
<br />qufre and it is the ~ntention of tbs Board of Trustees of the
<br />City cf Santa An~, California, to order the construction of the
<br />followlrg described work ~nd improvement ~n said city, to wit:

<br /> That North Ross Street. from the South line of West Nine-
<br />
<br />teent~ Street to a line two (2) feet South of, and ?,r~lle! to
<br />tbs North line of Tract No. V88, be graded ,nd paved with , Port
<br />land Cement Coucrete Pavement, and have constructed along the
<br />s~me, cement sidewalks and curbs, where no such sldew, lks s~d
<br />curbs now exist ~nd remowl of curbs where shown in the
<br />hereinafter in t~e Resolution of Intention more fully referred
<br />to, .nd that s sanitary sewer be constructed, consisting of main:
<br />l~terals, ~anholes and flush tanks. That a domestic water sup%
<br />system be inst~lled consisting of mains, house connecting lineS,
<br />pipes ~nd hydrants for fire protection, valve boxes ~nd
<br />necessary sppurtermnces to ell of the above set forth improvemen'
<br />
<br /> Excepting from the above entitled work and improvement any
<br /> of said work already dooe to tbs o~fici~] grade.

<br /> SPECIFICATIONS.

<br /> S~CTION II. Al~ of the foregoing work is fully set forth,
<br />delineated amd d~scribed on ~lans, prof~]es and cross sections
<br />On file in the office of the City Engineer consistir~ cf four
<br />skeets numbered one to four inclusive ~nd s~ec~fic$ttons for
<br />assessment district No. 128 on f~]e fn the office of tb~ C~tw
<br />Clerk, which plans, prof~]es, cross-sections and s~ec~ffcatlons
<br />were 8dopted by Resolution Nc. 18Sg on the 21st day of June,
<br />1926, by th~ Board of Trustees of the City of Santa AMa, as the
<br />plans, ~rofiles, cross-sections ,nd specifications for s~id work
<br />and improvement. Said ola~s, profiles, cross-sections and
<br />specifications are hereby referred to for a full and d,~tailed
<br />descr!~tion of said proposed w~rk and i~provement, the same as
<br />thDu~ set forth in full herein and shall be directory ~s to the
<br />loc~tion of ~11 work to be done ,nd the type of work and improve.
