<br />SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare
<br />
<br />and d~termlne, and notice ~s hereby given thnt serial bonds to
<br />
<br />represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest ~t t~ rate o~

<br />six (6%) per cent per annum, v)ill be ~ssued hereunder in the man.

<br />net provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 191~", the last

<br />installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the

<br />SRCTION VI. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 4th

<br />ds~ of October, 1926, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Cou~]c'l C~ambe]

<br />of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons
<br />
<br />having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may
<br />
<br />appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said
<br />
<br />proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance wigh
<br />
<br />this Resolution.
