The Santa Aha Daily Mven~ng Re,tater, a d~ily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as t the newspaper in which tb~s Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to czuse this Resolution of Intention to b~ published by two insertions in said newsoaper, in the mmnner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does ~t deem it advisable tbs the C~erk mail copies ~f the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, andbe is not required to mail the same.
