The Board of Trustees of t~e City of Sa.nra Ann does hereby resolve as follows: THAT WHEREAS, heretofore a certain strip of ~roperty come into t~e possessioo of the City o£ S~nta ~na beinr that n~rrow strip of ?~rton Street b~ck from First Street wblch is not large e~ou~h for th~ Cfty of Santa A~a to pu~t to any beneficial use, and that further: WHEREAS there h~s been certain improvemeots made upon said street which will require end necessitate certain assessment - it is therefore the desire of the City of Sauta Ann for the benefit of the said C~ty uot to longer retain title to the s,id strin. IT IS T~REFORE RESOIYED AND 0RDFRED, that tbe City Attorney pre~ re the necessary deeds to be s~ed by the President of tDe ~oard of Trustees n~d the Clerk ~f t~e s~id ~o~rd representing the City of S~ ta Aua, n~cess~ry to transfer the title of sold property to Wi]]~iam B],keley.
