WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form <br />required by law that serial bonda to represeut unpaid asse~sment~ <br />bearing interest at the rate of six (6) per cent per sn~m will <br />be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement <br />Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bond~ shall ma- <br />ture nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succ~eding ten <br />(10) montha from their date. <br /> <br /> And all interested person~ having appeared before this <br />Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity to show <br />cause why bonds should not be i~sued upon the ~ecurity of the un- <br />paid assessments shown on said list, and all objections presente~ <br />having been heard a ad considered: <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT I~SOLVED, that the Bosrd of Trustees <br /> <br />hereby find and determine that no cause ha~ been shown why bon~s <br />should not be is~ued upon the security of ~aid unpaid assessment~ <br />and does hereby overrule all objections thereto~ an~ doos hereby <br />direct the issuance of said bonds~ and further, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bond~ shs~ be issued <br />upon the ~ecurtty of said unpaid assessments to ~ai8 amount Twent <br />Five Thousand, Eight N~dred Twenty and 56/100 Dollar~ ($25,820.~ <br /> <br /> That ~aid bonds ~hall be Thirty (30) in number and <br />shall be dated September 20th, 1926, and bear interest at the <br />rate of Six (6) per cent per annum, and the denomination of said <br />bond~, and the dates of the respective maturitie~ thereof shall <br /> <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />SERIES BOND N0.
