WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa A~a did, on the 26th day of April, 1926, pass Resolution of Intention No. 16~7 fo~· the impr~ement of Pomona, Berkeley an~i Orange Streets a.'~d whereas on the ZSth day of S~pt., 1926, the Superintendent of Streets of sa~d City filed an assessment to cover the s~ due for the work performed and specified In the contract made under pro- ceedings rom the said improve~nt, which assessment ~?[agram was approved by the Board of Trustees of sald City of Santa Ana on the 7th day of September, 19~6.
