<br /> REPORT, AND ORDERSNG A COPY TH~EOF FILED WITH

<br /> W~.~EAS, the Beard of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha
<br />did, on the ?th day ef June, 1925, pass Resolution No. 165V deter-
<br />miming amd declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or
<br />downy nature, and attain such a large growth as te become a fire
<br />menace when dry, and which are noxious and danserous, were growing
<br />upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City of
<br />Santa An~, dSscribed in the itemized report submitted herewith, and
<br />are a public nuisance; and whereas, en the 6th day of July, 1926,
<br />
<br />the Beard !of T~ustees further passed Resolution Ne. 1663 ordering
<br />~he Street ~uper~tendent ef said City te abate such public nuisance
<br />
<br /> AND,WHEREAS, in pursuance ~e the above n,,mhered Resolu-
<br />tions the ~treet~uperintendent did abate such nuisance and kept an
<br />itemized account and report of the costs and expenses thereof; and
<br />whereas, the said Street Superintendent has given notice required
<br />by law in which notice October 18th, 1926, at the hour of ~:30
<br />ct clock ~.M., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the
<br />City Hall. of said City as the place where any and all persons in-
<br />terested in the said report might be heard; and whereas, at the
<br />time set the Street Superintendent submitted the said report, and
<br />all of said protests or objections to said report having been heard
<br />it is hereby;

<br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa
<br />Ana that all of said protests or objections to the said report of
<br />the work done be, and the same are hereby overruled, and the repot'
<br />affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby
<br />directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector.

<br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
<br />and regularly passed by the Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at a regular meeting of said ~oard held on the 18th day of
