RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 1695 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE I)~PROVING OF A PORTION OF WRIGHT STREET, IN SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID %YORK OR INIPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED THEREBY, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID C(]STS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TINE AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVE}~ENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improveme~ Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to said Acts do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience re- quire and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said City to-wit: That Wright Street in said City from Fourth Street to First Street, be graded, paved with a Portland cement concrete pavement and have constructed along the same cement curbs and sidewalks where no such ~urbs or sidewalks now exist or where replacements are order~ if any; that cross streets and alley intersects shall be paved beyon. the curb lines and across the sidewalk reservations to the extended property lines. That sanitary service house connecting laterals and concrete manholes be constructed in said portion of street. PLANB, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS. SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross-sections, on file in the office of the City Engineer, andthe specifications for Assessment District No. 131,.on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross sections and specifications were adopte~ by Resolution No. 1691 on the 18th day of October, 1926, by the Boar~ of T~ustees of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles, cross- sections and specifications, for said work and improvement. The said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specification~ are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work or improvement, and by reference are incorporated in this Resolution of Intention, the same as though set forth in full herein. CHANGE OF GRADE. SECTION III. The grade to which the work shall be ~ne and the improvement made which are provided for in this Resolution shall be different from the official grade which has heretofore bee formally est~blished and such different or new grade whall be shown on the profiles therefore on file in the office of the City Engineer d9
