SECTION IV. for the description DESCRIPTION OF BONDS The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to repre- sent unpaid assessnents, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1918", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF A~SESSMENT DISTRICT. SECTION V. Notice is hereby given that on Monday the 15th day of November, 1926, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons havin any objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improveme should not be carried out in accordance wi~h this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha before the hour herein set, a written protest said work or the assessment district proposed to be asses against the sed or both. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION ~F INTENTION SECTION VII. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a dai~y newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Aha is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intentio~ shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisa- ble that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners and he is not required to mail the same.
