228 And where -any street or alley intersects or terminates in any of the above described portions of street in, on and along which work is to be done, or improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb llne and across the sidewalk reservation to the property lines thereof. That the above described portions of Occidental Street in said City, be graded, paved with a Portland Cement Concrete pavement and have constructed along the same cement curbs, where no such curbs mOW exlwt. That a sanitary sewer be constructed in said portions of street, consisting of mains, house connecting laterals, manholes and Elush tanks. PLANS, ?ROFIL~, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECI~IGATIONS. SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and dese~ibed on plans, profiles and cross-sections, on file in the office of the Ci. Vy Engineer, and the specifications for Assessment District No. 132 on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-secgions and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1682 on the 13th day of September, 1926, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ara, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications, for said w~k and improvement. The said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specificaticn~ are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of maid proposed work or improvement, and by reference are incorporated in this Resolution of Intention, the same as though set forth in full herein. CHANGE OF GRADE. SECTION III. The grade to which the work shall be done and the improvement made which are provided for in this Resolution shall be different from the official grade which has heretofore been formally established and such different or new grade shall be shown on the profiles therefore on file in the office of the City Engineer to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS. SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereby 4eclat a~d determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to repre- sent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum will he issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1918" the last installment of which bond shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. , ~ESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
