The Street Superintendent of said City, shall after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of the said contemplated work or improvement and along all the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment district notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law. RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 1696 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF OCCIDENTAL STREET IN THE SAID CITY OF SANTA ANA; DECLARING THE SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH.
