Ve~el[ <br />Clerk of the City of ~anta Ans. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> NO. 1699. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha on <br />the 28th day of October, 1926, passed its Resolution of Intention No. <br />169§, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improve- <br />ment to be made in, on and along a portion of Wright Street, in said <br />City, which Resolution of Intention No. 1698 was duly and legally <br />published twice in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily news <br />paper ~n~l~ahed and circulated in the City of 8ants ADa, all as <br />quired by law, as appears from the affidavit of Edna L.
