233 apart, and 15 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substaace as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred (300) feot in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street at least 3 notices, and on s~d streets 15 notices; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the Oity of Santa Aha commenced to post said notices on the 3rd day of November, 1926, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 3rd day of November, 1926, more than ten days befor6 the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of Nat H. Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 3rd day o~ Nov., 1926, and now on file therein; and ~HEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the ~ity of Santa Ana was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday the 15th day of November, 1926, being the day, hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement might appear be- fore the Board of Trustees ment should not be carried Intention; and ~HEREAS, all disposed of, overruled and show cause why said proposed improve- out in accordance with said Resolution of protests or objections presented having been and denied in time, manner and form as re- qulred by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana having now acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement it is hereby:[ RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the following work to be done and improve- ment made in the City of Santa Ana as follows: All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Improvement Act of 1911, and amendments thereto. For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1695, which is dated the 25th day of October, 1926, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana.
