I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of November, 1926, by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes, Trustees C.H. RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. NO. 1703. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, did, on the 1st day of March, 1926, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1831 for the improvement of East Fourth Street and whereas, on the 8th day of November, 1928, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improve merit, which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City of Santa Aha on the 13th day of September, 1926. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given nStice required by law in which notice, November 29th, 1928, at the hour of ?:50 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Cham ber of the City Hall of said City as the place ~here any and all per- sons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas no per- son aggrieved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written obJectic~ to said assewsment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear th~ same, and all of said protests or objec- tions to said assessment or the work do~e having been heard; it is hereby:- RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied, and the assesm~ent be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, said assessment a warrant and shall record the same Streets. and he is hereby directed to attach to in the form and manner required by law, in the office of said Superintendent of I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa
