WHE}tEAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of '1:$0 o~clock ?.M. of Monday, the 17th day of May, 1926, being the day,hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all persons having any obJec- tion to the proposed work or improvement might appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with the said Resolution of Intention; and WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled and denied in time, manner and form as required by law, and the Board of Tr,mtees of the City of Santa Ana having now acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby: RESOLVED, that the public interest and conv$~ence requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the following work to be done and improve- ment made in the City of Santa Aha as follows: All of the herein proposed work shall be ~one in pursuance to the Improvement Act Of 1911 and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amondm, ents thereto. For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1647, which is dated the 26th day of April, 1926, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together ~th the plans and specifications therefore conspicuously for five days on or near the Co~cll Chamber door of the Board of Trustees, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered; he is also directed to publish twice a notice inviting such proposals, and referring to the specifications posted or on file, in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper
