RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 1656 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIF01tNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION T0 ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF TWENTIETH STREET, AND VALENCIA STREET, ALL IN SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT TO Bi OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WOP. K AND IMPROVEMENT, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPESNES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO S AID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO THE El[TENT 0F THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, p~reuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to s aid Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience require and it is the intention of the Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said City, to-wit: In, on, and along the roadways of the following described streets in said City: Twentieth Street from the center line of Spurgeon Street to a line crossing 20th Street 2 feet ~esterly from and parallel to the existing right-of-way of the Southern Pacific Railway Company. ~ntieth Street from a line crossing 20th street, which line is two feet easterly from, and parallel to the existing right of way of the Southern Pacific Railway Company to the West line of Santiago. Valencia Street from the South line of East Twentieth Street to the ~orth line of East Seventeenth. The work and improvement is more particularly described as follows: That the above portions or.streets be graded paved with a five inch asphaltic concrete pavement and have constructed along the same, cement curbs where no such curbs now exist and where replace- ments are shown in the plans hereinafter referred to and that a sani- tary sewer, consistin~ of mains, laterals, manholes, lampholes and the necessary appurtenances thereto be constructed. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. Ail of the above described work and improvement is specifically shown in, on, and by the plans, profiles and cross- sections, consisting of four sheets numbered one to four consecutively on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 1st day of June, 1926, by Resolution No. 1855 as the plans, profiles, and cross- sections to be followed in making the improvement herein referred to, and as is set forth in and more particularly described in the specifi- cations for Assessment District No. 119, on file in the office of the
