106 City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 1st day of June, 192S, as the specifica- tions for the afore-described work by Resolution No. 1855. Reference is hereby made to said plans, profiles, cross- sections and specifications for a full d~scrlption of said improvemen' and the same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, the same as though set out in full herein and reference is hereby made there- to for a more particular description of said work. GRADE. SECTION III. The grade to which the work shall be done ~and the imprc~ement made which is provided for in this Resolution, is tha~ shown on the profiles therefor, on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles, reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, Callfomala, that the grade shown on said plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION 0F BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board ~ Trustees hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds sha~ mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improvement here- inbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of the said Board of T~ustees of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district herein- after described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which dis- trict is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the surveyed center line of Spurgeo: Street 159 feet South of the ~outh line of East Twentieth Street; ~hence North along the center line of Spurgeon Street and a continua- tion thereof to a point 245.64 feet North of the North line of East 20th StreetS thence Easterly 33.50 feet to the Northwest corner of SubdiviSion A. of the Resubdivision of Nob Hill Tract, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 6 Page 3, records of Orange County, California; thence Easterly along the North line of Subdivisions A, B, C and D of the said Resubdivision of Nob Hill Tract to an intersection with the West line of Santisgo Street; thenc.
