Bush, Deputy. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> No. 1662 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board ~ Trustees of the City of Santa Ana on <br />the 7th day of June, 1926, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1686, <br />to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to <br />be made in, on and along a portion of East Twentieth Street from the <br />center line of Spurgeon Street to the West line of Santiago Street and <br />Valencia Street from the South line of East Twentieth Street to the <br />North line of East Seventeenth Street and including also a portion of <br />Spurgeon Street in said City, which Resolution of Intention No. 1686 <br />was duly and legally published twice in the Santa Aha Daily Evening <br />Register, a daily newspaper published anc circulated in the City of <br />Santa Ana, all as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of <br />Edna L. Herric$, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said <br />daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ana on the 17th day of June, 1926, and now <br />on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1686, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa <br />Aha conspicuously posted along the line of contemplated work and improve <br />ment, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and <br />28 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, <br /> <br /> <br />
