RESOLUTIOL' 0~DERI]~G WORK NO. 1V63 Vv~E~EA,~, the Board of ~rustees of the City of Santa Aha, on the 2nd day of ~[ay, ]92~, passed its ']asolution of Intention No. 1~56 to order the hereinafter described work to be done a~5 i--i~ro~xer~ent to be ~e in, on and alo~ a portion oF ~reenleaf Street in sai~ City, which Resolution of Intention No. lV56 was d~]y ~n~ ]ogs!ly publ~ahed t~/Ice in th~ banta Ana Daily ~ven[ng Regisaer~ a ~aily newspaper publishes sn~ c~rcula~e5 in the City of ~an~a Ana, all as require~ by law, as appears from the affi~avit of E~na L. Herrick~ principal clerk of the printers an~ mublishers of sai~ ~aily nev~spaper, an~ which affi~avft was ff!e~ i.n the Office of the Clerk of the City of Sanaa Kna, on the 10th 5ay of ~ay, 192~ an~ WHEREAS, after the passage an~ a~option of sai~ Resolution of Intentio~ No. 1~56 the Street S~perinten~ent of the Cfay of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the lime of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in ~istance apart, an~ 21 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Yntention, headed NO~ICE OF I~PROWE~ENT~ i~ the ~snner, fo~ an~ substance as ~quired by law, and the.work being chargeable upon a 5istrict, also conspicuously p~ted copies of sai~ notice along all of the open streets within such district at not more than three h~re~ (300) feet ~n ~istance apart, as appears from the affidavit of C. L. Jenken~ sai~ Street S~perfntengent, who personally p~ teg said notices of improvement; and I~VHEREAS~ the Street S~p~r~ntenSent of 'the City of Santa Ana, co~ence5 to post sai~ notices on the 2~h ~ay of May, 192V, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 20th day of ~ay~ 192~ more than ten (10) days before the dst set for hearing protests or objections to the p~posed work and improvement, all as appears from the affi~avlt of C. L. Jenken, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, filed in the Office of the Clerk of said City on the 21st ~ay of ~iay~ 192V, and now on file therein; and ~;HEREAS, the Board of T~stees of the City of Santa ~a was duly and reg~larly in session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of V:30 o'clock P. R~. on ~onday, the 6th day of J~e, 192v, being the time, hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention an~ Notice of Improvement, when and wher~ any an~ all persons hav~g any objection to the proposed work or improvement may ep~ear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed work shoul5 not be carried
