dut in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 1756; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all protests or objectimas presented having been <br />dispos~ d of, overruled and denied, in t~me, manner and form as <br />required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana <br />having acquired jurisdiction to order the proposed work done and <br />irproveme~t made; <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY R~]SOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Santa Ana that the public interest and convenience requires <br />the work done and improvement made particularly set forth and <br />described in Resolution of Intention No. 1756, which is dated the <br />~nd day of l~iay, 19~V, on file in the Office of the Clerk of said <br />City and hereby referred to and made a part hereof, and the Board of <br />Trustees of the City of Santa ~ala hereby orders the work to be done <br />and improvement to be made in said City, as particularly set forth <br />and described ~n the said Resolution of Intention No. 1786 as <br />aforesaid. <br /> <br /> That the expense of said work and improvement is by said <br />Resolution of Intention made charge,able upon a district, which said <br />district is described in and by the said Resolution of Intention and <br />is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the Office of the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to <br /> pOst a notice of said work, together with the specificati~.s therefo~ <br /> conspiciously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of <br /> said Board o~ Trustees, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing <br /> the work ordered.
