~urisdictlon to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the public interest and con- <br /> venience recpires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of <br /> T~ustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the following work <br /> to be done and improvement made in the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br /> That certain alley in said City of Santa Aha be closed up <br /> and abandoned as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> A certain six (6) foot alley running Easterly and Westerly <br /> over the South six (6) feet of Lot Two (2), as per corrected map of <br /> Smith and Bishop's Addition to Santa Ana, as per map thereof <br /> recorded in Book l~ page 100 of Niscellaneous Record Maps, Records <br /> Orange County, California. All of whlch is more clearly shown on <br /> a certain map approved and adopted by the Board of Trustees~ of the <br /> City of Santa Ana for the said abandonment, by Resolution No. <br /> on the 4th day of April, 192V. <br /> <br /> The public work ordered and the improvement to be made is <br />for the purpose of closing up and abandoning a certain ~ ley over <br />the south six feet of Lot two (2) as per corrected map of Smith and <br />Bishop's Addition to Santa Aha, as per map thereof recorded in Book <br />l, page 100 of Miscellaneous Record Maps, Records of Orange County, <br />California, and for that reason no district is chargeable therewith. <br /> <br /> All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance. <br />of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated <br />Street Opening Act of 1BB9, and amendments thereto. <br /> <br /> For further particular~, reference is hereby made to said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1V61, which is dated the 16th day of <br />Nay, 19~7, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereW~th~Instructed <br />to record a copy of this Resolution Ordering Improvement, in the <br />office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordering <br />Improvement No. 176~ was duly introduced and regularly passed and <br />adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at an <br />adjourned regular meeting of said Board of Trustees, held on the 13th <br />day of June, 192~, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, Stanley E.
