372 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> <br /> NO. 1766 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Aha, on the 9th day of May, 1927, passed its Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1780 to order the hereinafter described work to <br />be done and improvement to be made in, on and along those <br /> <br />public streets in said <br />Street to Main Street, <br />Gertrude Place, Lowell <br /> <br />city known as Delhi Road from Bristol <br />Towner Street from Delhi Road to St. <br /> <br />Street from Delhi Road to St.Gertrude <br /> <br />Place, Olive Street from Delhi Road to St. Gertrude Place, <br />Flower Street from Delhi Road to St. Gertrude Place, Woodland <br />Avenue and the Southerly extension from Delhi Road to the Nort <br />line of Tract No. 289, Garnsey Street and the Southerly extens <br />ion from Delhi Road to the North line of Tract No. 289, Patton <br />StreetI and the Southerly extension from Delhi Road to Edinger <br />Street, Van Ness Avenue and the southerly extension from Delhi <br />Road to Edinger Street, Ross Street and the Southerly extensiol <br />from Delhi Road to Edinger Street, Birch Street and the <br />Southerly extension from Delhi Road to Edinger Street, South <br />Broadway and the Southerly extension from Delhi Road to Edlnge~ <br />Street, Sycamore Street and tSe Southerly extension from Delh~ <br />Road to Edinger Street, Main Street from Delhi Road to the <br />South line of Tract No. 252, St. Gertrude Place from Main <br />Street to the West line of Tract No. 881, and such rights-of- <br />way as shown upon the plans in said City, which Resolution of <br />Intention 1760 was duly and legally published twice in the <br />Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published <br />and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, all as required by la~ <br />as appears from the affidavit of Edna L~ Herrick, principal <br />clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily hewspaper, <br />and which affidavit was filed in the Office of the Clerk of <br />the City of Santa Aha, on the 12th day of May, 1927; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1760 the Street Superintendent of <br />the City of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the line of <br />the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three <br />hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 294 in all, notices <br />of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE <br />OF IMPROVEMENT, in the manner, form and substance as required <br />by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also <br />conspicuously p~ ted copies of said notice along all of the <br />open streets within such district at not more than three <br />hundred (300) feet in distance apart, as appears from the <br />affidavit of C.
