Jenken, City Engineer, was on the <br />1$th day of July, 1927, dlrectSd to prepare specificaticms for <br />the proposed acqulsitio~ of a portion of Stafford Street, <br />between the northeasterly lime of Poinsettia Street and the <br />southeasterly extended southwesterly lime. of Block S~ of Santa <br />Aaa East, un, er proceedings to be had under the desi~atiom of <br />"Acquisition and I~prcvement District No. 11. of the City cf <br />Santa Ama"; and <br /> <br /> WITEREAS, the sa id Clyde L.
