of Stafford Street frown the Southeasterly extended South- wewterly line of Block 56 of Santa Ana East to a llne drawn from the intersection of the West llne of Custer Street with the Northeasterly extended Southeasterly line of Block'S3 of East Santa Ana to the Southwest corner of Lot 28, Block B of Hawkin~ s Additic~ and thence South on the Southerly extended East line of Custer Street to the South llne of Stafford Street shall consist of grading to a subgrade five (5) inches below the finished ~rades as shown on the plans and the lay- i.ng thereon of a three and one-half (3-1/2) inch Asphaltic Concrete base overlaid with a one and one-half (1-1/2) inch Asphaltic Concrete wearing surface from curb line to curb line except that at all driveway locations, the work shall be done back to within five (5) feet of the property line as shown on the plans, and at all street intersections, the work shall extend beyon~ the Curb lines and across the sidewalk reservations to the extended property lines except as above limited at Custer Stre.~t and also excepting from the above work a strip nine (9) feet wi~le being 4-1/2 feet on each side of the center line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Raitroa CompanY's track in Santiago Avenue. The construction of Salt Glazed Vitrified Clay Pipe l~taln Sewer and House connecting Sewers, Concrete Nanholes and Concrete ~nholes with Hand Flushers, on the above described portions of Custer Street and Logan Street, at locations and grades and of such dimensions as are sho~a on the plans and s pecifi cations. The construction of Salt Glazed Vitrifle~ Clay Pipe l~ain Sewer and House connecting Sewers and Concrete Man- holes on the above described portion of Stafford Street, at locstions and grades and of such dlmensions as are shown on the plans and specifications. The co:~str~ction of Portland Cement Con6rete Curbs upon the abo~e described portions of Custer Street~ Logan Street and Stafford Street where c~rbs do not now exist or wh replacements are to be made, and at locattoas all as indicate on the plans and speclficatlons. The construction of Portland Cement Concrete Side- walks having a total thic~ess of t, hree and one-half (3-i~2) tnch~s~ except that at all driveway locations, sidewalks shall have a total thickness of :five (5) inches for the full width · of the driveway, and shall be constructed upon the above described portions of Custer Street and Logan Street, at lecatlons, all as indicated on th~ plans and specifications.
