RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTE,%TS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSi~iENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDEDING THE STREET SUPE~I~fTENDE~T TO ATT',CH L'ART~;~T AND RECORD. NO. 1794 ~{EREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana did on the 25th day of October, 1926~ pass Resolution of Intention No. 1~96, for the im~,ovement of a portion of Occidental Street; and whereas on the 5th day of July, 192~, the Superintendent of Straets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work perfonmed and specified in the ~ntract made under pro- ceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 27th d~y of December, 19~6. A!fD ?~{EREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice as required by law, and in this Notice, July SS, 19~7, at the hour..of 7:30 o~c$ock P. M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work done, or in the assessment will be heard; and whereas, no objections to said assess. ment were filed or made at said hearing; and V~EREAS, this being the time and place specified in said notice to which the hearing of protests or objections against said work ~ne or said assessment would be heard, and the Board of Trustees being now in regular session, and there being no protests on file or made against said assessment, it is hereby RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha that the assessment be confirmed, an8 that the Street Su~r- Intendent be, and he is hereby ~ rected to attach to said assess- ment a warrant in the form ~nd manner required by law and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting of said Board held on the 25th day of July, 19~7, by the following vote: AYES, TRUS TEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.L.~cBride, W.G.Kelly, W.G.Knox, F.L.Purinton.
