RESOLUTI ON 0VERRULING PROTESmS OR <br />0BJ?]CTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING <br />ASSEL?MENT AND ORDERING THE STRUT <br />SUPs~iNTENDENT T0 ATTACH WARRANT <br />AND RECORD. <br /> <br />NO. 1795 <br /> <br /> NHEREAS, the Board of TE~stees of the City of <br />Santa Ana did on the 51st day pf January, 1927, pass Resolut~ <br />of Intention No. 1721, for the improvement of a portion of <br />Oxford Street; and whereas on the 5th day of July, 1927, <br />the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessme~ <br />to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified <br />in the contract made under proce~:dings for the said improve- <br />ment, which assessment ~ agram was approved by the Board of <br />Trustees of said City on the 27th d~y of June, 19~. <br /> <br /> AN~ '~E~E~S, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has <br />given notice as required by law, an8 in this Notice, July <br />25th, 192V, at the hour of 7~30 o'clock P. ~. was fixed as <br />the time, and the Council Chamber of ~he City Hall of said <br />City as the place where any and all persons interested in the <br />said work done, or in the assessment will be heard; and <br />whereas, no objections to said assessment were filed or made <br />at said hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHER;~AS, this being the time and place sp~cifled <br />in said aot~ce to which the hearing of pr~tests or object- <br />ions against said work ~one or said sssessmsnt would be <br />heard, and the Board of Trustoes being now in regular session <br />and there being no protests on file or made against said <br />assessment; ~t is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Ana that the assessment be confirmed, and that the <br />Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to <br />attach to said assessment a warrant in the fo~n and manner <br />res]ired by law, an~t shall record the same in the office of <br />said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hareby certify that the foregoing Resolu~.Ion was <br />du]~ and regularly pas~e~ by tlc Board of Trustees ~f the <br />City of Santa Aha, st an adjourned regular meeting of said <br />Board held on the 2~th day of July, 192V, by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br /> T~'~USTEE~;: J.L.i~cBride, W.J.Kelly, <br /> F.i..
