Hathaway and Cornelia Hathaway co~veyed to Dr. II. Ii. Maynard, land Co~encing at a point 73 11/13 ~-ods We~t from the Northeast corner of Section 12, Terror, ship Five (.~) South, Range l~Ine (9);~es't, S.B.~.?~.~'., running thence South 65 rods; thence ?Jest 24.8 rods; thence North ~5 ro~s; thence East 24.8 rods, to the place of beginning and containing ten acres more or less; reserving there- from a strip of lan~i one ro~ wide off the East si~e for road purposes. as prepared for said improvement, ~owiz~g in red tint the portion of said alley to be ~bandoned an~] submitted this first d~y of August, 1927, be and the same is hereby a~opte~ as the map for doing sai~t work.
