RESOLUTION OVERRULING PRotESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. NO? 1805 WHEREAS~ the Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Ana, did, on the 21st day of ~arch, 192~, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1759 for the improvement of Freeman Avenue; and whereas, on the 27th day of July, 192 7, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the Sth day of July, 1997. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given notice required by law in which notice August 15, 1927, at the hour of 7:30 otclock P. M. was fixed as the ti~e, and the Council Chamber of the ~ity Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggF~eved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing p~otests or objections the Board of Trustees of said Cit proceeded to hear the s,ame, and all of said protests or objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard; it is hereby, RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said assess- ments or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the ~ssessment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner re~ired by law, and shall record the smme in the office of said Superintendent of Streets.
