RESOLUTION ORDERING ~VORK <br /> NO. 1806. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ara, on the 18th day of July, 1927, passed its Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1787 to order the hereinafter described work to <br />be done and improvement to be made in, on and along the porti~ <br />of Custer Street, Logan Street and Stafford Street, in said <br />City, which Resolution of Intenti-_~ No. 1787 was d~ly and <br />legally published twice in the Santa Ana Pal ly Evening <br />Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the <br />City of Santa Ara, all as required by law, as appears from <br />the affidavit of ~dna L. Herrick, principal clerk of the <br />· printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which <br />affidavit was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the City <br />of Santa Ana, on the 25th day of July, 1927; and <br /> <br /> WHERe]AS, after the passage and adoption of said <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 1787 the Street Supe rintendent <br /> of the City of Santa Ara conspicuously posted along the line <br /> of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than <br /> three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 44 in all, <br /> notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, heade~ <br /> NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in the manner, form and substance as <br /> required by law, and the work being chargeable upon a distrlct <br /> also conspicuously posted copies of said notice a~.emE all <br /> of the open streets within such district at not more than <br /> three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, as ap~ ars from <br /> the affidavit of C.L.Jenken, said Street Superintendent, who <br /> personally posted said notices of improvement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of <br /> Santa Ara, commenced to post said notices on the 2~th day of <br /> July, 1927, and fully completed the pa ting thereof on the <br /> 29th day of July, 192V, more than ten (10) days before the <br /> date set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed <br /> work and improvement, all as appears from the affidavit of <br /> <br /> C. L. Jenken, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, <br /> filed in the Office of the Clerk of said City on the first <br /> day of August, 1927, and no~ on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br /> Ara was duly and regularly in session at the Council Chamber <br /> thereof at the hour of ~:~0 o'clock P. M. on Monday, the <br /> l&th day of August, 1927, being the time, hour and place <br /> named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Impr~ emen' <br /> when and where an~ and all persons having a~y objection to <br /> the proposed work or improvement may appear before the Board <br /> of Trustees and show cause why ~aid proposed work should not <br /> <br />~ns <br /> <br /> <br />
