RESOLUTION ORDERING ~VORK NO. 1806. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ara, on the 18th day of July, 1927, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1787 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made in, on and along the porti~ of Custer Street, Logan Street and Stafford Street, in said City, which Resolution of Intenti-_~ No. 1787 was d~ly and legally published twice in the Santa Ana Pal ly Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ara, all as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of ~dna L. Herrick, principal clerk of the · printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, on the 25th day of July, 1927; and WHERe]AS, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. 1787 the Street Supe rintendent of the City of Santa Ara conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 44 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, heade~ NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in the manner, form and substance as required by law, and the work being chargeable upon a distrlct also conspicuously posted copies of said notice a~.emE all of the open streets within such district at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, as ap~ ars from the affidavit of C.L.Jenken, said Street Superintendent, who personally posted said notices of improvement; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ara, commenced to post said notices on the 2~th day of July, 1927, and fully completed the pa ting thereof on the 29th day of July, 192V, more than ten (10) days before the date set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears from the affidavit of C. L. Jenken, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the Office of the Clerk of said City on the first day of August, 1927, and no~ on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ara was duly and regularly in session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of ~:~0 o'clock P.
