RESOLUTION NO. 180~ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET I~PROV]~NENT BONDS, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 17~9; DETERNINING THE A~OUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSNENTS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS; AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE IN ANNUAL SERIES: ¥;HEREAS,' pursuant to statute, notice of filing llst of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and fo~m required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram was recorded on the 19th day of July, 19S7, for the work and improvement made by the Grlffith Company, under that certain contract awarded to them on the 4th day of April, 19Z~, upon South ~aln Street, as set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 17~9; and that said warrant, assessment and di,gram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment; and after the full expiration of twenty (SO) days from the date of said warrant the said Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the said City of Santa Ana, a co~plete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the said City; now upon evidence shown, this Board dete~mines that the assessments therein mentibned were then unpaid, the total aggregate the~'eof being the sum of Seventy Nine Thousand, Six Hundred F~Pteen and 71/100 Dollars ($~9,814.Vl), and the the following assessments have been paid since the filing of the list of~unpaid assessments by the Street Superintendent; assessment No. 150 fop $~4~.80; assessment No. 187 fop $480.45; assessment No. 281 fo~ $1~8.~4; and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Seventy Eight Thousand, Six Hundre( Forty Seven and 54/100 Dollars ($78,847.54), upon the assess. ments Bhown upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intentl~ No. lV~9 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, passed on the ~Sth day of February, 19~, for a complete desc~iptlon of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above stated, for the assessment~ unpaid. AND, WHEREAS, Interested persons were notified in the mannem required by law to appear before the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, Cali fo~nia, in the Councl Ctu~mber of the City Hall of said City at the hour of ~:50 o'clock P. ~., on ~onday, the ZZnd day of ~gust, 19~7, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on the said Street Super- intendent's list; and
