be carried out in accordance with s~id Resolution of Intention No. 1787; and ~8tEREAS,-all protests or objections preeented, hav~ng been disposed of, overruled and denied, in time, manner and f~m as required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana havin6 acc~Ired Jurisdiction to order the proposed work ~ ne and improvement made; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,. by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha that the public interest and convenience requires the work done and improvement made partlcularly set forth and described in Resolution of Intention No. 1VSV, which is dated the 18th day of July, 1927, on file in the Office of the Clerk of said Cityand hereby.referred to and made a part hereof, and the Board of Trustee~ of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the work to be done and i~prowement to be made in said City, as particularly set forth and described in the said Resolution of Intention No. 1VS? as aforesaid. That the expense of said wgrk and improvement is oy said Hesolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district, which said district is described in and by the said Resolution of Intention and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the Office of the City Engineer. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together with the specifications therefo conspicuously for five days on or near the Coun~l Chamber door of said Board of Trustees, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered. He is also directed to publish t~ice a notice inviting such proposals and referring to the specifications posted or on file in the Santa Ana D~ ly Evening Register, a daily news- paper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordering Work was d~ly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Boar~ of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting of said Board hellion ~he 15th day'of August, 1~27, by the following vote: AYES, NOES, ABSENT, TRUSTEEZ:~ J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, Stanley E.
