RESOLUTION 0RDERING:tEPROVENENT <br /> <br /> NO. 1809 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br /> Ana, on the 25th day of July, 1927, passed its Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 1793 to order the hereinafter described improve <br /> ment to be made and public work to be done in the City of <br /> Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> V~EREAS, after the passage and a~ ption of said <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 1793, the Street Superintendent <br /> of the City of Santa Arm consplcuously posted along the line <br /> of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than <br /> three hundred (300) ~eet in distance apart, and 3 in all, <br /> notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, heade. <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORK, in manner, fo~m and substance as <br /> required by law, and said Street Superintendent also caused <br /> a notice similar in substance to be p~lished for a period <br /> of ten days in the Santa Ana D~ ly Evening Register, a daily <br /> newspaper publis.hed and cirmlated in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> and named by said Board of Trustees in said Resolution of <br /> Intention as the paper in which said notices should appear, <br /> all as appears from the affidavit of Edna .L. HerricW, princip~ <br /> clerk of the printers and publishers of said d~ly new~paper <br /> and which affidavit was filed in the ofelce of the Clerk of <br /> the City of Santa Ana on the 8th day of August, 1927, and is <br /> now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Santa Ana c c~unenced to post the notices hereinbefore referred <br />to on the 28th day of July, 1927, and fully completed the <br />posting thereof on the 28th day of July, 1927, as appears fr, <br />the affidavit of Clyde L. Jenken, Street Su~rintendent, of <br />the said City of Santa Ana, and mo~e than ten (10) days hav~ <br />expired after the e~piration of the time of the publication o <br />said notice within which protests or objections to the <br />proposed work or improvement might be made by any person, <br />interested, objecting to said work or improvement, or to the <br />extent of the district of lands to be affected or benefited <br />by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the <br />costs and expenses thereof; and <br /> <br /> ~EREA$, this being the next meeting of the City <br />Council'after the expiration of said ten (10) days after the <br />expiration of the time of the publication of said notice and <br />no objections to said work or improvement having been made or <br />are on file why said proposed improvement should not be <br />carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention <br />and the Board of TRustees of the City Qf Santa Ana having now <br /> <br /> <br />
