acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the p~lic interest and con- venience r~qulres the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby~ orders the following work to be done and improvement made in the City of Santa Ana as follows: That certain portion of Fruit Street in the said City of Santa Ana be vacated, closed up and abandoned as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Block 82 of Santa Ana East according to a map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Records, ~ook 10, pages 43 and 44, Records of Los Angeles County, California, thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of said Block 82 to the most Easterly corner thereof; thence Southeasterly in a straight line to the most Northerly corner of Block 81 of said Santa &ua East; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of said Block 81 a distance of 29.23 feet, to a point; thence Westerly in a straight line to intersect the Southeasterly extended Southwesterly line of Block 82 of said Santa Aha East at a point 21.11 feet South- easterly from the point of beginning; thence North- westerly along said Southeasterly extended Southwest- erly line 21.11 feet to the point of beginning. Also:- A triangular piece of land described as follows: Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Block 81 of Santa Aha East as shown on a map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Records, Book 10, pages 43 and 44, Records of Los Angeles C~ty, California; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Block 81 a distance of 14.27 feet to a point; thence West 32.82 feet to a point on the Northwest- erly line of said Block 81; thence Northeasterly along the NorthwesSerly line of said Block 81 a distance of 29.23 feet to the point of be~inning. All of which is more clearly shown on a certain map approved and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana for the said abandonment, by Resolution No. 1~92 on the 25th day of July, 1927. The public work ordered and the improvement to be made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning a certain portion of Fruit Street as heretofore set forth, and for that reason no distric~ is cha~6eable therewith. All of the herein proposed work shall be done i~ pursuance of an Ac~ of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Street Opening Act of 1889, and amendments thereto. For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1793, which is dated the 2~Sth day of Jul 1927, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ans. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is herewith instructed to record a copy of this Resolution Ordering Improvement in the office of the C~nty Recorder of the County of Orange. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordering Improvement No. 1809 was duly introduced and regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned reguSar meeting of said Board of Trustees,
