WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having been <br />disposed of, ~verruled and denied, in time, manner and form as <br />required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, <br />having acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed work done and <br />improvement made; <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Santa Ana that the public interest and convenience requires <br />the work done and improvement made particularly set forth and <br />described in Resolution of Intenti~ No. 17~l, which is dated the <br />31st day of January, 1927, on file in the Office of the Clerk of <br />said City and hereby referred to and made a part hereof, and the <br />Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha hereby orders the work to <br />be done and improvement to be made in said City, as particularly set <br /> <br />forth and described in the <br />aforesaid. <br /> <br /> That the expense <br /> <br />s~id Resolution of Intention No. 1721 as <br /> <br />of said work and improvement is by said <br /> <br /> Resolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district, which said <br /> district is described in and by the said Resolution of Intention and <br /> is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the Off~ce of the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to <br />post a notice of said work, together with the specifications there~ <br />conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of <br />said Board of Trustees, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing <br />the work ~dered. He is also directed to publish twice a notice <br />inviting such proposals and referring to the specifications posted <br />or on file in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper <br />published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby <br />designated for that purpose. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing ~tesolution Ordering Worl <br /> was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Board of <br /> Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting of said Board <br /> held on the 7th day of March, 1927 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: C.H.Chapman, Geo.
