308 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1739 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE I~,.~PROVING OF FREt~]MAN AVENUE IN SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK AND IMPROV~,%~ENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED THEREBY AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY U,$IE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID %YORK OR I~PROVEMENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH: The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of th~ Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to said acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenie~ requires, and it is the intention of the Board ~ Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said City to-wit: That Freeman Avenue in said City, from the North line of Eighth Street to the South line of Tenth Street, be graded and paved with Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, fron curb line to curb line; and the grading and paving of all driveways shown on the plans to be paved for their entire width and from the street face of the curb to the street edge of the sidewalk; the excavation for and construction of Cement Concrete Curbs upon and along the above described street, where curbs do not now exist, as shown on the plans; the excavation for and construction of Cement Concrete Sidewalks, upon and along the above described street, where shown on the plans; the excavation of trenches and the furnishing and laying therein of a Salt Glazed Vitrified Cla Sewer Pipe, consisting of mains and laterals of such diameters, laid to such depths and at such locations as sho~ on the plans; the excavation for and the construction of Concrete Sewer Manholes, at locations and as shown on the plans; the excavation for and the furnishing and installatio of Maddox, Or equal, sewer flusher complete as sh~,h on the plans, together with such other incidental work or improve- ment as set forth in the plans and specifications.
