~and the specifications for Assessment District No. 140, on file in the Office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross- sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1736 on the 14th day of March, 1927, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, as plans, profiles, ~cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. That said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specificat- ions are hersby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work or improvement, and by reference are incorporated in this Heselution of Intention, the same as though set forth in full herein. SECTION 111. The CHANGE OF GRADE grade to which the work shall be done and the improvement made which are provided for in this Resolution shall be different from the official grade which has heretofore been formally established, and such different or new grade shall be that shown on the profiles therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of aix per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner prbvided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last install- merit of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 'SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of said Board of Trustee of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work an improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses there- of, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of West Eighth Street 106.53 feet East of the East line of Freeman Avenue; thence West along the North line of West Eighth Street to an intersection with the Southerly extended West line of L~s 12 to 17 inclusive of Tract No. 731 as per Map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 21, Page 47, Records of Orange County, California; thence North on said last mentioned linc to the North line of said Tract No. 731; thence East along said North line to the Southwest corner of Lot 14 of Tract No. 242 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 13, Page 15, Records of Orange County, California; thence North along the West line of Lots 14, 13, 12, 10, 11, 9 and 8 of said Tract No. 242, and a Northerly extension thereof to an intersection with the North line of West Tenth Street; thence East along the North line of West Tenth Street to a point 106.53 feet East of the East line of Freeman Avenue; thence Southerly and parallel to Freeman Avenue to the point of beginning.
