RESOLUTION NO. 1741 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1665; DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF U~PAID ASSESSRENT$, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS; AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE IN ANNUAL SE~{IES: ~EREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing llst of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram was recorded on the 15th day of February, 192~, for the work and improveme~]t made by the Grifflth Company under that certain contract awarded to them on the 7th day of September, 1926, upon North Bristol Street from the North line of ~est Fifth Street to the South line of West Washington Avenue, and from the North line of Washington Avenue to a line twenty-five (25) feet north of the South line of ~est Seventeenth Street, and a portion of the roadwa of West Eighth Street ~est of North Bristol Street; and that said warrant, assessment end diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment; and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the said Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Cler~ of the said City of Santa Aha a complete llst of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the said City; now upon evidence shown, this board determines that the assessments therein mentione~ were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Thirty-four Thousand, Twenty-one and 20/100 Dollars ($~4,021.20), and that no assessments have been paid since the filing of the list of unpaid assessments by the Street Superintendent, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Thirty-four Thousand, Twenty-one and 20/100 Dollars ($~4,021.20), upon the assessments shown upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intent- ion No. 1665 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Sant~ Ana, passed on the 19th day of July, 1928 ~or a complete description of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above stated, for the assessments unpaid.
