.Council Chamber of the City Hall of sai5 City at the hour of 7:30 <br />o'clock P. M. on Monday the 21st day of March, 1927, and show <br />cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the un- <br />paid assessments shown on the said Street Superintendent's llst; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice was duly given, in the manner and form <br />required by law, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments <br />bearing interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be <br />issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond <br />Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature <br />(9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten months <br />from their date, and all interested persons having appeared <br />before this Board of Trustees and having been given Full <br />opportunity to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the <br />security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and all <br />objections presented having been heard and considered; <br /> <br /> IT IS THEREFORE NOW BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY <br /> OF SANTA ANA, DETERMINED, RESOLVED AND G~DERED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That no cause has been shown why bonds should not be issued upon <br /> the security of said unpaid assessments, an5 does hereby overrule <br /> all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said <br /> bonSs; and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RgSOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued <br /> upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of <br /> Thirty-four Thousand, Twenty-one and 20/100 Dollars ($34,021.20). <br /> <br /> That said bonds shall be forty (40) in number and shall <br /> be dated March 21st, 192~, an5 bear interest at the rate of six <br /> per cent per annum, an5 the denomination of said bonds, and the <br /> <br /> date of respective maturities thereof shall be as follows: <br /> Date of <br /> <br />~eries Bond No. ~mount MaturitM <br /> <br />P-2 1 $ 1000.00 1928 <br />P-2 2 lO00.O0 1928 <br />P-2 3 1000.00 1928 <br />P-2 4 402.12 1928 <br /> <br />P-2 5 1000.00 1929 <br />P-2 6 1000.00 1929 <br />P-2 ~ 1000.00 1929 <br />P-2 8 402.12 1929 <br /> <br />P-2 9 1000.00 1930 <br />P-2 10 1000.00 1930 <br />P-2 11 1000.00 1930 <br />P-2 12 402.12 1930 <br /> <br />P-2 13 1000.00 1931 <br />P-2 14 1000.00 1931 <br />P-2 15 1000.00 1931 <br />P-2 16 402.12 1931 <br /> <br />P-2 17 1000.00 1932 <br />P-2 18 1000.00 19~32 <br />P-2 19 1000.00 1932 <br />P-2 20 402.12 1932 <br /> <br />P-2 21 1000.00 1933 <br />P-2 22 1000.00 1933 <br />P-2 23 1000.00 1933 <br />P-2 24 402.12 1933 <br /> <br /> <br />
